Testosterone level, sex and steriods

Some may think that if a person had sex or masturbated once or more, a day then would his body increase the amount of testosterone produced each day compared to a guy who is less active.

But, the more sex or more ejaculations will not increase testerone levels. The body regulates the amount of testerone and the only way to increase is to add from an outside source. Men with low testerone levels can get hormone replacement treatment from their doctors, and this can increase the sex drive and other increase the secondary masculine characteristics, ie body hair and muscle mass. The adding muscle mass is why body builders use steriods to add artificial testerone to the body, but with excessive amounts of testerone the testicles can atrophy. One of the main reasons that steriods can be bad news.
